LIM KIM Y
LecturerMrs. Lim Kim Y is an inspiring and supportive lecturer with more than fifteen years of experience in language education. She began her career in English and Chinese instruction in 2006. She has served as a full-time and part-time instructor across diverse educational settings, including universities, high schools, NGOs, and private enterprises. Her expertise in language instruction has contributed to the academic growth of students from various backgrounds.
Academically, Kim Y holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in Beijing, China, and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from the University of Cambodia. Her multidisciplinary academic background reflects a strong commitment to linguistic and cultural studies, as well as international business practices.
Kim Y possesses strong proficiency in both English and Chinese. She has dedicated over a decade to studying the Chinese language since early childhood. Following graduation from high school, she participated in an intensive exchange training program on Teaching Methodology for Teaching Chinese as a Second Language at Guangzhou School of Teaching in Guangzhou, China, where she gained valuable pedagogical insights and practical experience.
Through a strong foundation in English and Chinese language studies, combined with international academic achievements, Kim Y brings a well-rounded perspective to education and cross-cultural communication. Her expertise in language acquisition and teaching methodology underscores her commitment to academic excellence and professional development. Her qualifications, professional experience, and diverse skill set empower her to make meaningful contributions to the advancement of language education in Cambodia.
